The company has developed the Training Program according to the Regulation on training and development of the personnel which has the following structural levels. • the General initial program (GIP) – for the employed analysts and advisers during the first six months of work. The GIP purpose is adaptation to corporate standards of work, development of the general skills. Is provided once per six months. The main type of activities – an independent learning with the minimum testing. • the General basic program (GBP) – for advisers and managers working for more than a year. Is provided once a year. The purpose – professional skills development. • the Program for Managers (MP) – for managers. Is provided once a year. The purpose – management skills development. • Specialized programs by directions (SPD).
