| Evaluation activities
Importance FOC has licenses for evaluation activities and for operation with data representing the State secret and is a member of Russian association of evaluators and Russian collegium of evaluators. Professional liability of FOC is insured for 30 millions rubles in OAO “Military Insurance Company”.
The most typical cases when it is necessary to carry out independent evaluation of property for FOC clients are:
• purchase and sale;
• noncash contributions to chartered capital;
• insurance;
• pawningã;
• determination of damage;
• division of property;
• legal proceedings;
• investment projects;
• re-evaluation of main funds;
• taxation;
• bankruptcy proceedings;
• coming into inheritance.
In some cases necessity of execution of independent evaluation is determined by legislation of the Russian Federation:
